**PROGRAM UPDATES**

THE DRUMMER (Sat 7.19 | 415P), directed by Kenneth Bi, stars Hong Kong pop sensation Jaycee Chan (Jackie's son). Part spiritual and part gangster drama, THE DRUMMER is at turns a story about strained father-son relations, triad liaisons, and of course, the art of drumming.

ONE ON ONE WITH JESSICA YU is now at Sat 7.19 | 145P. In the intimate conversation, the director of PING PONG PLAYA will discuss her creative process. Read more about the filmmaker's perspective in This Sporting Life: An Interview with Jessica Yu, Director of PING PONG PLAYA.

ON ASIAN/AMERICAN AESTHETICS (Sat 7.12 | 345P), our New Landscapes panel makes room for one more: playwright David Henry Hwang will join panelists Mary Ping (fashion designer), Billie Tsien (architect), Wayne Wang (director, THE PRINCESS OF NEBRASKA), and moderator Dennis Lim (film critic) to explore the question, “What are Asian or Asian American aesthetics?".

And finally, join us tonight for the AAIFF08 Launch Party, the first of our M.A.T.H. Club sponsored PARTIES!
